Our worship services are designed to worship God in spirit and in truth as a community of believers.
A service at Redfield UMC often contains traditional hymns, modern praise songs, a once-a-month choir anthem, and dynamic Biblical preaching.
Who we are
We are people who seek to know and follow Jesus Christ in our daily lives. We trust in God’s love and mercy, and guided by the Holy Spirit, we seek to love God by loving our neighbors as ourselves. (Mark 12:30-31)
We are men and women, youth and elders, children and parents who worship and work together.
We are a congregation of The United Methodist Church engaged in ministry with the Redfield area.
We like to make worship lively and meaningful, striving to connect people with God. We use a mix of traditional hymns and contemporary choruses to praise the Holy Trinity. We involve all ages in worship and focus on Jesus Christ as revealed in Holy Scripture.
We enjoy fellowship and learning, service and potlucks, missions and prayer. We laugh together sometimes and cry together at other times.
The United Methodist Women (UMW) meet monthly and have two circles (sub- groups) of women. The United Methodist Youth Fellowship (UMYF) works with youth from 6th to 12th grades and meets every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month during the school year.

what we do
We serve in many different ways and strive to put “God’s Love into Action.”
We support and volunteer at the Good Samaritan Center and other local charitable agencies.
We support regional, national and global missions with our prayers and financial gifts, such as the following:
Our church has an After School program for grades K-5th, and provides scholarships to church camp in the summer to children and youth.
We also award scholarships to college, trade schools, universities and seminaries to youth and adults who are members.
